Summary
Mumen Rider reaches J-City on his bicycle, taking a call from the Hero Association that orders him straight to the emergency center. As he speeds toward the shelter he loses his phone along the way, and Saitama happens to pick it up. Speaking with one of the Association's assistants, Saitama meets resistance when he asks where the monster is, but the staffer reverses course after glancing at his record and points him toward the fight. At the shelter itself, the assembled heroes are being cut down quickly by the Deep Sea King until Genos shows up and enters the fray.
Genos hurls the monster clear out of the shelter, blasting a fresh hole in the structure in the process. The Sea King shrugs off the punch almost instantly and strikes back the moment Genos is distracted by the watching crowd, tearing the cyborg's arm away and slamming him into a wall. Genos urges everyone to flee while he keeps the creature occupied. When one of the children shouts encouragement to him, the irritated Sea King spits a stream of acid at the boy, and Genos throws himself into its path just in time to shield the child from harm.
