Tsubame Suzuhara is the infant daughter of Toji and Hikari Suzuhara in Evangelion: 3.0+1.0 Thrice Upon A Time. Living with her family in Village 3, she forms a wordless bond with the Rei Ayanami look-alike clone during the clone's brief stay in their home.
Rosy-cheeked and chubby, Tsubame is a baby whose brown hair is still short. Her outfit layers a blue vest sized for an adult over a white robe, with striped pants underneath, and the orange scarf tucked around her carries lingering traces of her drool and spit-up.
Even as an infant Tsubame shows clear attachments. She warms quickly to the Rei clone staying with her family, and at the exact moment that Rei dissolves into LCL, Tsubame abruptly starts crying, as though she senses the loss from afar.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
Tsubame appears in Evangelion: 3.0+1.0 Thrice Upon A Time as the child of Hikari and Toji Suzuhara, granddaughter of Bunzaemon Horaki, and niece to Kodama Horaki, Nozomi Horaki, and Sakura Suzuhara. While Rei Ayanami (tentative name) lives with the Suzuharas, the baby takes to her, and the curious clone helps Hikari look after her in return. Tsubame is last shown with her parents as waves of the Failures of Infinity break against the barrier shielding Village 3. Her name comes from the Tsubame trains that run on the Kyushu Shinkansen.
