Built in secret on the Moon and sent down to Earth bearing a halo, SEELE's so-called true Evangelion halts Near Third Impact with a single thrown spear. By the third Rebuild film the once-divine Mark.06 has been reduced to a headless vessel for the Twelfth Angel.
Evangelion Mark.06 leads the Mark Series within the Rebuild of Evangelion films. Audiences first glimpse it unfinished at the lunar Tabgha Base at the close of Evangelion: 1.0 You Are (Not) Alone; its combat debut arrives in the climax of Evangelion: 2.0 You Can (Not) Advance with Kaworu Nagisa at the controls, and by Evangelion: 3.0 You Can (Not) Redo it operates with no pilot at all.
The finished machine wears deep blue armor with yellow trim over an elongated torso carrying an extra chest plate, and its uniquely curved shoulder pylons break from standard designs. A red visor masks the eye holes of a horned helmet that strongly recalls Armaros, and the entry plug seems built to give its pilot an unusually wide field of view. During construction at NERV's lunar 7th Branch the unit looked very different: a rubbery white wrapping covered a body whose head and neck echoed Second Angel Lilith, a purple mask bearing SEELE's logo hid the face, and an IV-style feed labeled BTB ran into its left arm. Even after the wrapping came off and dark muscle-like fiber was exposed for outfitting, the mask stayed in place, its eye region concealed under a wired provisional cover.
Mark.06's origins grant it abilities other units lack. It levitates while displaying an Angelic halo, descends from the Moon to Earth without carriers or transporters, and shows no umbilical port or external batteries, pointing toward an S² engine as its power source. Its only observed armament is the Spear of Cassius, first seen wrapped in cloth during construction. SEELE builds the unit in secret according to apocrypha of the Dead Sea Scrolls, and Keel Lorenz names it the true Evangelion destined to fulfill the covenant with Lilith; Fuyutsuki reads this as an ambition to forge a genuine god rather than another false one.
Sortied quietly from the Moon as the Tenth Angel ravages Tokyo-3, Mark.06 arrives just as Third Impact ignites and hurls the Spear of Cassius into Unit-01's core, disabling the awakened unit and dampening the cataclysm. Somewhere in the fourteen-year gap it is converted into an Independent Type and worn down to ruin through constant abuse. In 3.0 it hangs fused to the neck of Lilith's enlarged corpse in Central Dogma, both of them coated in a white substance and pinned by two Spears of Longinus rather than the Cassius that Kaworu expected. When Evangelion 13 pulls the spears free, Lilith's body erupts and dies while Mark.06 shrinks back to normal size, whereupon Mark.09 beheads it on command, releasing the Twelfth Angel sealed within. Dialogue ties it to the four surviving Adams alongside 13 and the Opfer-type units. Its last trace is an arm cradling Lilith's severed head in a Third Impact flashback in Evangelion: 3.0+1.0 Thrice Upon A Time, before Gendo's Spear of Gaius erases every Evangelion.
Kaworu Nagisa is its only pilot, rising from a coffin at Tabgha Base as its designated candidate before flying it in 2.0; the identity of any soul inside remains unknown. SEELE commissions and builds the unit while Gendo Ikari and Kozo Fuyutsuki merely observe its unusual construction. The films' previews call it Eva Rokugouki, an Australian DVD booklet prints the name as Evangelion Mark.VI, and the effort to keep its face covered at all times may allude to Exodus 33:20, in which no one may look upon the face of God and live.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
Evangelion Mark.06 is the lead unit of the Mark Series in the Rebuild of Evangelion films, secretly built by SEELE and first glimpsed unfinished at the lunar Tabgha Base.
Kaworu Nagisa is the only pilot of Evangelion Mark.06, flying it during the climax of Evangelion: 2.0 You Can (Not) Advance; by Evangelion: 3.0 You Can (Not) Redo it operates with no pilot at all.

By Evangelion: 3.0 You Can (Not) Redo, Evangelion Mark.06 has been converted into an Independent Type and worn to ruin, ending up fused to the neck of Lilith's enlarged corpse before Evangelion Mark.09 beheads it to release the Twelfth Angel.
SEELE's Keel Lorenz calls Evangelion Mark.06 the true Evangelion because he believes it is destined to fulfill the covenant with Lilith, an ambition Fuyutsuki reads as an attempt to forge a genuine god.
