Twin-headed flying drones built from paired Evangelion bodies, the Mark.44A swarms Paris in Evangelion: 3.0+1.0 Thrice Upon A Time. Rotor-like pylons replace its limbs, a lance echoing the Spear of Longinus juts from its front, and Unit-08 β-ICC cuts the colony down to shield the Wunder.
Evangelion Mark.44A is an autonomous mass-production model classed as an aviation-specialized type, introduced in Evangelion: 3.0+1.0 Thrice Upon A Time. Apart from the back, its proportions roughly match an ordinary Evangelion, wearing armor in blue and dark green with numerous surfaces shaped to help it hold altitude. The design is horizontally symmetrical, effectively two Evangelion bodies facing opposite directions, a structure often cited to explain the doubled 4 in its designation.
Flight comes from rotating pylons that stand in for all four limbs, generating lift much like the Mark.04A or a quad-propeller drone. Where a head would sit, two Angel masks are lashed down by orange cables wrapped around the eyes and beak, and the forward face mounts a lance-style weapon patterned on the Spear of Longinus for engaging enemies. Whether the swarm thinks for itself or relies on a dummy plug system is never established.
The units behave as a colony. During the Paris Assault Mission, a swarm of Mark.44As descends while WILLE works to unlock the Angel sealing pillar that will restore Paris and, more importantly, EURO-NERV, whose salvage is needed to give Unit-08 overlap capability and rebuild Unit-02. Unit-08 β-ICC deploys to destroy the wave and keep the AAA Wunder and its crew out of danger. The type's final appearance comes when the Spear of Gaius pierces Unit-01 and Evangelion 13, erasing every Evangelion from existence.
No pilot occupies the Mark.44A; every unit in the swarm operates autonomously under NERV. It fights as the first wave of the layered Paris defense, ahead of the Mark.44B generator formation and the Mark.4444C cannon platform hidden behind their Camouflage Cocoon.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
Evangelion Mark.44A is an autonomous mass-production Evangelion introduced in Evangelion: 3.0+1.0 Thrice Upon A Time, classed as an aviation-specialized type built from two Evangelion bodies fused back to back. It swarms Paris as part of NERV's assault before being destroyed by Unit-08 beta-ICC.
Mark.44A uses rotating pylons in place of all four limbs to generate lift, functioning much like a quad-propeller drone or the Mark.04A. Two lashed-down Angel masks sit where a head would normally be.
The Mark.44A mounts a lance-style weapon patterned on the Spear of Longinus on its forward face, which it uses to engage enemies during the Paris Assault Mission.
Evangelion Unit-08 beta-ICC deploys against the Mark.44A swarm during the Paris Assault Mission and destroys the wave to protect the AAA Wunder and its crew.
Mark.44A's horizontally symmetrical design, effectively two Evangelion bodies facing opposite directions, is often cited as the reason its designation doubles the number 4.
