History
By 2071 this colonel of the Mars Army had charge of Cherious Medical. When Vincent Volaju broke free and made off with a large supply of experimental nano-machines, the colonel moved to bury the project, ordering the deaths of both Volaju and the scientist Mendelo al-Hedia. He assigned Elektra Ovirowa to hunt Volaju down, but after Harris revealed that her blood carried the same nanomachines coursing through Volaju, the colonel concluded she was in league with the fugitive and had her locked away.
