History
Mummy joined the mass of villains Tomura Shigaraki led into the U.S.J., which makes him a minor antagonist of that arc. He was part of the group that swarmed Shota Aizawa, and he went down when the Pro Hero's Binding Cloth attack dropped Steel Bulwark onto him. Once the authorities arrived, he was arrested along with the majority of the villains.
He should not be confused with Hoyo Makihara, a separate villain who appears in My Hero Academia: Heroes: Rising.
