Tenko Shimura's Quirk killed his family before he understood what it was, and the man who found him wandering afterward rebuilt the boy into a weapon aimed at hero society. As Tomura Shigaraki he ran the League of Villains, commanded the Paranormal Liberation Front, and inherited All For One itself, then spent his last battle fighting his master for possession of his own body.
Wrinkles ringed Tomura's eyes, earned across a childhood of scratching at allergies, and scars marked his right eyelid and the left of his lip. He was slim and pale, grayish-blue hair hanging over his face in ragged waves, his eyes and mouth usually hidden and, when they surfaced, stretched wide in something close to mania. At five, Tenko had black hair and gray eyes; his Quirk changed all of it in a night, the same night he clawed his own eyelid and his father struck him with pruning shears.
Fourteen embalmed hands made up his villain costume, preserved by Kyudai Garaki and taken from his first victims. The one clamped over his face was his father's, which he simply called Father; a replacement fitted to his head turned out much later to be Nana Shimura's, and hers alone survived to become his mask. Garaki's modifications later traded the skinny frame for a muscular one, and the Quirk Singularity eventually swelled him into a bulky absolute defense form sheathed in hands, his dead family's faces surfacing on the fingertips.
Early on he read as a man-child: arrogant, dependent, demanding, furious when a plan slipped, given to video game vocabulary that betrayed how far he sat from reality. Unable to sit with his own feelings, he clawed at his own neck, a tic traceable to his father's abuse that All For One read as a suppressed urge to destroy. For a while the destruction had no direction, until a run-in with Izuku Midoriya in a shopping mall gave him one: the thing he hated in Izuku and in Stain alike was All Might, and killing the Symbol of Peace would take hero society with him. After All Might retired, crippling society stopped being enough, and he came to hate everything that breathes.
A handful of people were exempt. All For One, who came for him when nobody else did, was Sensei; Kurogiri was a trusted adviser whose capture stung. The League he treated as distant and then, quietly, as his own, raging when Overhaul killed Magne. Asked whether erasing everything included them, he said it did not, which separated him from a master who valued nobody.
Tenko had been an ordinary child who dreamed of heroism much as Izuku did. His father's hatred of heroes made him fragile with terror while the rest of the household let it happen, so that home felt like rejection dressed as kindness. When the Quirk came, the boy broke and the house went with him, and he was left wandering, ignored by everyone he passed, until All For One found him.
Learning that he was meant to be his master's vessel, he refused to be anyone's pawn as their minds bled together until he could not say whether he was Tomura, All For One, or Tenko. Mirio Togata provoked Tenko back to the surface by claiming he had no friends, which Tomura denied by naming Mikkun, Tomo, and his dog Mon. Reclaiming his body, he insisted the world was no different from the household that raised him, and that destroying all of it was the only salvation on offer.
Overall Abilities: At USJ he traded blows with Eraser Head and got Decay onto the hero's right arm. He spent roughly six weeks fighting Gigantomachia until the giant submitted, and beating Re-Destro won him an army. Garaki's body modifications lifted him above every Pro Hero, his raw physicality matching All Might in his One For All days, and killing Star and Stripe made him a global fear.
The Quirk Singularity reshaped him into an absolute defense form that surpassed even his master and All Might, each at his peak. During the Final War, with Erasure shutting his Quirks off and the battlefield built to counter him, he still nearly killed every hero holding the U.A. Fortress. With his body reclaimed, he dominated an Izuku running One For All at 120% and promised to decay the whole of Japan inside a week, a gap that forced Izuku to surrender One For All entirely and drive it into Tomura to attack the soul from within.
Quirks: Born with Accelerator Rings, he lost it, manifested Decay, and finally inherited All For One along with a collection of stolen Quirks. He was durable enough to shrug off a point-blank Explosion from Katsuki, and fast enough that only All Might outran his eyes.
Keen Intellect and Will: He read Eraser Head's weaknesses off a single fight, and his apparent alliance with Kai Chisaki was a long con for intelligence, cashed in by ambushing the man and taking both his hands. He walked the League into Deika City knowing Gigantomachia would come looking and plow through the Army on the way, burning the giant's stamina and his enemies together. His hatred later dragged him back from biological death after his stabilization was interrupted.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
Tomura Shigaraki is Izuku Midoriya's arch-enemy. Their conflict began after a chance encounter in a shopping mall, after which Izuku became a focus for Tomura's hatred of All Might and hero society.
Tomura Shigaraki's hatred took direction after a mall encounter with Izuku Midoriya gave his formless destructive urges a target: what he hated in Izuku, as in the hero Stain, was ultimately All Might, whose fall he believed would take hero society down with him.
Tomura Shigaraki dies at the end of the Final War after Izuku Midoriya, unable to overcome him even at 120% power, surrenders his own Quirk, One For All, and drives it into Tomura to attack him from within.
No. Tomura Shigaraki, born Tenko Shimura, is not related to Izuku Midoriya by blood. The two are arch-enemies, and Tomura's actual family, the Shimura line, was killed by his own Quirk when he was a child.
Tomura Shigaraki's real name is Tenko Shimura. He adopted the villain identity after his Quirk killed his family and All For One took him in as a child.
