Hailed as the greatest Raikage the Hidden Cloud ever produced, the Third Raikage earned the title of "strongest shield" for a body almost nothing could pierce. He held off ten thousand enemies alone for three days and battled the Eight-Tails to a standstill, dying to buy his comrades their escape.
A giant of a man, dark-skinned and packed with well-defined muscle, he let a full mane of white hair spill down his back and grew a long beard, though that beard sat neater in his earlier clashes with the Eight-Tails. His eyes were striking, their green irises set in dark sclera with no visible pupils. Prominent cheekbones, shadowed troughs beneath the eyes, a creased brow, and a mole over the right eyebrow defined his face, while his upper lip carried a darker shade and his canines ran slightly long. The kanji for lightning was inked on his right shoulder, and a jagged, bolt-shaped scar sat on the right of his chest, a reminder of the Eight-Tails.
He typically wore the Cloud's single-strapped flak jacket with nothing beneath it, knotted a black headband plate around his head like a bandanna, wound a thick rope at his waist, and pulled on dark blue sweatpants. In earlier days he had wrapped his forearms in bandages.
Composed and clear-headed, he carried a strong sense of honour, bristling when Mū urged Ōnoki to exploit the allied army after its disbanding and vowing not to let their union collapse. Pride and compassion mixed in him, and he would readily throw himself between danger and his comrades as a living barrier. So fierce was that pride that even his son never pressed him about the chest wound he bore, out of respect. He held an unshakable faith that each new generation is meant to outgrow the one before, reassuring his fellow resurrected Kage that their own children would prove strong enough to bring them down. Though it pained him to raise his hand against people of his own village, he trusted the younger shinobi to surpass him, and he freely praised real talent, once complimenting the Fourth Kazekage on raising so formidable a son.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

Naruto built the transformation jutsu himself, and the Hidden Leaf has been quietly not talking about it ever since. The story behind our 90s R&B record about the Naruko question everybody dodges....
Widely regarded as the Cloud's mightiest leader ever, he could take on an army of ten thousand by himself and trade blows with a tailed beast until neither gave ground, and the Eight-Tails itself praised his strength and resilience. His hand-to-hand skill let him drop several opponents in a single motion, and his speed and power stretched far enough to dodge Naruto's blindingly fast Rasenshuriken and send a rubber ball flying with one punch.
His signature trait, though, was a body so tough it earned the name "strongest shield". Almost no technique could wound it, and even Wind Release attacks scraped by with only faint damage; he even endured the perilous Heavenly Transfer Technique, a feat few ever matched. In the end the sole strike capable of truly cutting him was his own, which carved the scar into his chest. His chakra pool ran deep enough to lock the Eight-Tails away, and his stamina let him fight without pause for three days and nights, something ordinary ninja could manage only with stimulant pills.
He trained in Lightning, Fire, and Earth, and his command of lightning produced the rare Black Lightning, a secret he alone passed to Darui. Like his son he could wrap himself in the Lightning Release Chakra Mode, and by Dodai's account only strong, long-range Wind techniques stood a chance against that guard. His deadliest weapon channelled lightning into his fingertips for a piercing thrust called the Hell Stab, growing sharper as he used fewer fingers, keen enough to slice through electricity-resistant rubber. Dubbed the "strongest spear", it could shear off every one of Gyūki's tails in a single sweep and even run through his own near-invincible flesh.
The Third Raikage is regarded as the greatest leader Kumogakure ever produced, earning the nickname Strongest Shield for a body that almost nothing could pierce. He died protecting his comrades after holding off ten thousand enemies alone and battling the Eight Tails to a standstill.
The Third Raikage was called the Strongest Shield because his body could withstand nearly any attack, including Wind Release techniques and the dangerous Heavenly Transfer Technique. The only strike that ever truly wounded him was his own Hell Stab, which left a scar on his chest.
The Third Raikage's deadliest technique was the Hell Stab, a lightning charged thrust through his fingertips sharp enough to cut through electricity resistant rubber and shear off all of Gyuki's tails in one strike. He also mastered the rare Black Lightning, a secret he passed on only to his student Darui.
The Third Raikage was the father of the Fourth Raikage, A, and the uncle of Blue B. He also trained Darui, who became the only other user of his Black Lightning technique.
The Third Raikage died holding off ten thousand enemy soldiers alone for three days and nights, sacrificing himself so his comrades could escape unharmed.
