A jonin of Amegakure and a rogue out of Konohagakure, Aoi Rokusho is a treacherous opportunist who deceived his own student to steal the Second Hokage's legendary Sword of the Thunder God. Arrogant and self-serving, he stays loyal to no one but himself.
Aoi first presents himself as gentle and patient, a mentor eager to help, and he was the first to comfort Idate Morino after the boy failed the Chunin Exams. That warmth is pure performance. Underneath he is a self-serving schemer loyal to no cause but his own gain, happy to sell out his village and exploit anyone useful to him. Possession of Amegakure rank and the Second Hokage's fabled blade bred a swollen arrogance, leaving him reckless in a fight and dangerously dependent on the weapon.
His standing as an Amegakure jonin was hollow, earned by trading secrets rather than merit, and he had only reached chunin back in Konoha; in the end two genin, Naruto Uzumaki and Sasuke Uchiha, bested him. His trademark was the Senbon Shower, raining needles from mechanisms hidden inside umbrellas, often laced with a paralysing poison for a slow, agonising kill, and he could also send out immobilising waves of water from the same umbrella. His greatest asset was the stolen Sword of the Thunder God, Tobirama Senju's lightning weapon, which sliced through chakra like water, held off a Chidori, and could stun and paralyse foes; its flaw was a blade that cracked under sustained use and eventually shattered.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

Naruto built the transformation jutsu himself, and the Hidden Leaf has been quietly not talking about it ever since. The story behind our 90s R&B record about the Naruko question everybody dodges....
Once an instructor in Konoha, Aoi manipulated his pupil Idate Morino into stealing the Sword of the Thunder God and a scroll detailing its use, dangling a promotion to chunin as the reward. He then fled with the boy to Amegakure; when Ibiki Morino and two Anbu gave chase, Aoi had the Anbu killed and tortured the captured Ibiki to decipher the scroll before both Morino brothers escaped, after which he secured jonin rank in the Rain village.
Years later the Wagarashi Family hired him to keep Idate from winning the Todoroki Shrine race. He struck Idate down with poisoned needles, then faced the arriving Team 7, boasting that numbers meant nothing against a jonin. Sasuke Uchiha managed to crack the lightning blade with a Chidori, and Naruto Uzumaki finished the fight by driving a Rasengan into that fracture, shattering the sword and hurling Aoi off a cliff into the water below, a fall he is presumed not to have survived.

Aoi Rokusho was defeated by Naruto Uzumaki and Sasuke Uchiha of Team 7, despite his boast that mere genin stood no chance against a jonin. Sasuke's Chidori cracked his stolen sword, and Naruto's Rasengan finished the job.
