Bando is an arms dealer who appears only in the North American release Naruto: Clash of Ninja Revolution 2. A hulking, greed-driven weapons merchant armed with a pair of chakra cannons, he schemes to profit from Konoha's ruin and eventually clashes with Jiraiya.
Towering and heavily built, Bando earns the in-game label of a giant among men. Spiky red-orange hair juts up above sharply defined cheekbones and grey eyes. He dresses in a sleeveless blue top pushed into dark grey trousers, which themselves disappear into military boots; a red belt holds the pants up and matches a diagonal strap running from his right shoulder to beneath his left arm. That strap anchors two oversized chakra cannons across his back. His left hand is gone for reasons never explained, replaced at the stump by a metal nozzle that he normally hides beneath a false prosthetic hand.
Greed defines the dealer as much as any weapon, but his fighting rests on the matched pair of chakra cannons strapped to his back. His hulking, muscular build lends him a blunt, straightforward assault, and he even swings the cannons as clubs. By pulling off his false hand and locking a cannon onto the nozzle on his arm, he can loose a burst of explosive chakra that no other fighter is able to copy, a fact he taunts opponents with after downing them. His basic combos later served as a template for part of Killer B's moveset in a separate title.
Bando surfaces throughout the story of Clash of Ninja Revolution 2 as a merchant scheming alongside a masked accomplice named Kagura. His first real act is a silent one, a flaming shot that kills a captured rogue ninja before Naruto, Gaara, and Kakashi can question the man. He and Kagura go on to kidnap Sakura, the apprentice of Tsunade, and battle the Konoha squad sent to recover her, slipping away even after Kagura's identity is exposed.
Behind the scenes the true architect of the plot is Kabuto, who admits he set the whole thing in motion out of sheer boredom. The plan targets Konoha's destruction: with the village gone, Bando reasons, the balance among the ninja nations would shatter and a fresh conflict would send his weapon sales soaring.
The reckoning comes on the rooftop of the Chūnin Exam stadium, where Bando guards a barrier sustaining the Soulbane genjutsu against Jiraiya. Jiraiya identifies him on sight and rejects his invitation to profit together. Their duel ends with Bando stripped of his cannons and beaten. He drops the barrier and grovels, claiming Kagura had been the one pulling his strings, but Jiraiya dismisses the act as cowardice. Towa arrives, the Anbu haul Bando away, and he vows revenge as his ultimate fate is left uncertain.

We ranked the six most popular women of Naruto from worst to first, and our number one is going to start a fight. The official poll got it wrong....

The transformation everyone knows, the follow-up question nobody would touch. Why we made a smooth R&B track about the golden glow Dragon Ball never talks about....
