Gatsu
CharacterGatsu is a bounty hunter who works the Land of Stone, chasing down wanted targets for reward. His pursuit of a fugitive named Sazanami brings him into contact with Naruto and his teammates during a mission that ends up clearing an innocent man's name.
Appearance
Grey-toned eyes sit above a face framed by a shaggy beard that runs long and unkempt, joined to a moustache and a short black crop of hair, part of which he gathers into a small ponytail at the back. A broad reddish wrap trimmed in blue hangs from his neck down to his waist, and he is usually seen hauling a large silver mace.
Abilities
Gatsu fights with that heavy mace and handles it well, striking hard enough to shatter the ground beneath a target. He also fights with chains, ensnaring opponents to hold them fast, and despite his bulk he moves with surprising speed.

History
Gatsu first tried to seize Sazanami after Gosunkugi had wounded the man, but Naruto and his companions stood between them and drove him back. As he withdrew, he let a wanted poster slip from his grasp, and it bore the name Tokichi beside a bird-shaped birthmark identical to the one Sazanami carried. He later caught up and apprehended both Sazanami and Gosunkugi. In the end he joined the village elder in telling the townsfolk that Gosunkugi had confessed to his crimes, which cleared Sazanami of every charge.
