Ibushi

Long white hair, gathered into a fanned tail down his back, marks Ibushi as an aged figure, his skin pale and his face creased with a few wrinkles. A slight white moustache and goatee sit above dark bags beneath his eyes. Like the other Shirogane, he dresses in a purple onmyoji-style robe stamped with the clan crest at the chest, bound by a deep red sash; a dark green scroll rests at the small of his back, and faded purple trousers vanish into leg wrappings above his shinobi sandals.

As with his kin, Ibushi is skilled at handling puppets, the very art that sets the Shirogane and their Puppet Walkers apart.

Above every other aim, Ibushi and the Shirogane sought to wake the Master Puppet, a sentient living weapon strong enough to level the Five Great Shinobi Countries. It was that awareness that led the clan to seal it long ago, dividing its essence into Spirit Orbs stashed across the five nations. Blind to the puppet's real nature, Ibushi collected the orbs to restore his clan, only for the relics to take hold of him and make him the weapon's tool for recovering the rest. His puppet turned up in Konoha and clashed with Naruto, Choji, and Kakashi. When the two Konoha ninja came for Sakura, Ibushi tried to siphon her chakra to finish the revival, but Naruto swapped in to save her. He did call up the Master Puppet before Kakashi's Lightning Cutter cut him down; the puppet then commandeered Naruto's body until Sakura's genjutsu freed him, and it was finally torn apart by Naruto, joined by Neji and Shikamaru, even as Ibushi was somehow said to be reborn. His name carries the sense of fumigation.
