Appearance

A ponytail gathers Menō's blonde hair at the back of her head, and her eyes are a striking yellow. Tan bandages wrap her arms. Like the rest of the Shirogane, she wears a purple, onmyoji-style robe that carries the clan crest at the front and drops to cover her thighs, cinched by a dark red sash worn over a fishnet underlayer. A pale yellow scroll rides at her lower back, and she rounds out the look with short trousers and shinobi sandals.

History

In combat Menō relies on the Shirogane specialty of puppetry alongside a formidable command of the Transformation Technique, copying not only a target's face but their weapons, skills, and fighting style; she takes Sakura's shape to trap Naruto, Gaara, and Kankuro. She first ensnares Naruto, Sakura, and Lee inside a bandit hideout, though they slip free, then moves to seize a blue spirit orb at Kigan Hill, shielding herself behind a barrier and fleeing on a summoned hornet drone once it is broken. She returns disguised as Sakura, and when beaten reverts to her true form and calls up three insect drones. The Konoha shinobi destroy them, but one escapes carrying the orb. Menō makes a final bid to kill her pursuers by detonating the castle around them all, dying in the blast while the Konoha-nin escape the flames.
