Inaho

Inaho's short brown hair curves around her face and hangs over a blue-cloth forehead protector worn in the usual place. Her outfit combines a green top with a brown knee-length skirt, worn together with a poncho and a beige sash. By the time of the second Chūnin Exams, held two years on, her hair had grown out and was gathered into a loose ponytail tied a short way above the ends.

Sharing her squad's inflated sense of ability, Inaho tends to overrate herself. She once assumed Team Ajisai had run off because her own group was simply too strong, which was not remotely the reason.

In the anime, Inaho fights with explosive tags thrown alongside kunai, and like the rest of her team she is hardy and quick, counting among the thirty people who crossed from Konoha to Sunagakure in three days. She and Team Komugi first entered the Chūnin Exams only for the whole squad to be disqualified when Komugi refused to finish the opening phase, fearing they would lose their chance at a retake. Two years later they tried again in the joint exams that Konoha co-hosted with Suna. Split into separate rooms for the written stage, the team cleared it by leaving the bonus question blank and reaching a combined score of exactly one hundred, then survived the qualifying race to Suna as one of the first thirty squads to arrive. During the desert stage, Inaho's group cornered a battered Ame team but retreated once Team Guy stepped in to even the odds. The exams ended early amid controversy, and each participant's fate was left to their village leader; Inaho was disappointed when Tsunade told her she had not done enough and would have to wait until the following year. Her name refers to an ear of rice.
