Kirisame is a rogue ninja out of Amegakure who abandoned his home to back Suien's hunt for Takigakure's Hero Water. A gleeful killer reined in only by his leader, he fights with water-forged whips and a taste for cruelty that unsettles even his allies.
Messy brown hair falls to his chin and drapes across his left eye, framing pinprick black pupils and unusually thin brows. A grey headband bearing the Amegakure crest is knotted behind his head. Under his layers he wears a skin-tight black bodysuit that seals over his nose and mouth, topped by a pale grey tee, a scarf of the same shade, and a blue strapped garment that doubles as his trousers. A holster rides his right thigh above dark shinobi sandals.
Of his trio he is the one who most relishes bloodshed, cackling as he grinds his boot into a downed Naruto. His hunger for killing runs so deep that Suien has to keep reining him in before he slaughters everyone in reach.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

Naruto built the transformation jutsu himself, and the Hidden Leaf has been quietly not talking about it ever since. The story behind our 90s R&B record about the Naruko question everybody dodges....
His weapon of choice is the Water Release: Water Whip, a lash of water he uses to strike and bind, and he backs it with solid taijutsu; the novels grant him water clones, water-shaped armaments, and lightning he can run along the whip to lock enemies in place. He first appears among a pack of missing-nin who ambush Shizuku's mother, then knocks Sakura out cold and seizes Shizuku and Himatsu. Alongside Hisame and Murasame he turns on Naruto and Sasuke, slipping past Sasuke's fireball while the others pin the boy, and their leader orders Sasuke taken captive as well. Kirisame goes on to overrun Takigakure, holding its villagers ransom for the Hero Water and lashing the children with his whip to keep them quiet. Once Suien floors Naruto, the group beats him to learn where Shibuki hides, but Shibuki himself materializes behind them and levels the trio with a surge of water. The novel reveals that he survived, ending up in Kakashi's custody.
