Oko rides with the Byakuya Gang, the roving band of thieves that dresses its raids up as acts of charity. Masked as an owl, he handles the group's dirtier legwork, and during their campaign against the Kaminarimon Company he is among the last members left trying to cover the leaders' escape.
An owl mask hides Oko's face during raids, worn over the shared uniform of the Byakuya Gang. Beneath it he is a pale-complexioned man whose dark red hair falls to his shoulders, and his eyes are brown.
Belonging to a theft ring with a reputation that crosses borders, Oko moves quietly and slips through his jobs unseen. His hand-to-hand skill is solid enough to trade blows with Boruto Uzumaki for a short exchange, and he channels Fire Release to spit clusters of flame, hurling several fireballs at a target at once.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

Naruto built the transformation jutsu himself, and the Hidden Leaf has been quietly not talking about it ever since. The story behind our 90s R&B record about the Naruko question everybody dodges....
When Gekkō brought the boy Ryōgi into the fold, Oko was the one who rationalized the gang's stealing to him. During their operations in Konoha he reported to Gekkō that townsfolk had helped the thieves get away from the Fukutoku Store. For their final and largest job, the group painted the Kaminarimon Company as an exploiter of its workers, stirred public sympathy, and placed several people under genjutsu, tying up every available ninja in crowd control. Under that cover they raided the Ninjutsu Research Centre and made off with its entire archive of world ninjutsu.
Tracked toward the border by Team 10 and Boruto through a beacon Katasuke Tōno had hidden on Gekkō, the thieves split apart to buy their leaders time. Oko outlasted the rest and proved too much for Inojin and Chōchō to handle, but Shikamaru Nara arrived in time and put the thief down without much struggle.
