Three purple fang-shaped marks decorate his face, one on each cheek pointing upward toward his eyes and a third on his forehead angled down toward his nose. His clothing centres on a purple vest edged in red at the collar and sides, worn over a blue T-shirt, with blue coverings wrapped around his lower arms.

Personality

Sharing the grasping nature of his brothers Jiga and Ruiga, Renga is driven by greed and self-interest, ready to cut down allies to keep more of the spoils for himself. That ruthlessness extended to his own family, since he openly intended to do away with his siblings once they were no longer useful to him, a plan cut short only because they died before he could act. Among the three, his outlook was the most warped, and he believed most firmly in treating other people as tools.

Abilities

Like each of his brothers, Renga commands a distinctive technique that seems his alone. In a fashion recalling the Yuki clan's Ice Release, he condenses moisture in the air through his chakra to form thin, see-through disks of ice. These serve many purposes: hurled with crushing force they are hard to spot and dodge, linked together they let him observe distant or hidden areas, and shaped into shields or footing they can defend him or let him float. Formed into a giant lens, the ice lets him drift into the sky and gather sunlight into a searing beam that can melt and blast whatever it targets. Though he favours striking from range, he has also drawn a sword, showing at least a basic command of kenjutsu.

During the escort mission through Renga's territory, he attacked Naruto Uzumaki and Haruna after both of his brothers had fallen. Puzzled by why Naruto would risk everything for Haruna, he pressed his assault until Naruto worked out how to bounce the ice technique off his forehead protector, wounding Renga badly enough to end the fight. Haruna moved to kill him and avenge her father but could not carry it through, and his fate afterward is left unknown.
