Into the Sky Again

Over Tsuzura's objections, Mozu cages the hawk Yuki, intent on selling her. When the boy dismisses how rare the animal is, Mozu blames his soft upbringing and recalls her own neglected childhood, changed only when she found a marten believed extinct and won recognition for it, a pelt she has worn ever since. Sasuke and Maruta come back with a fresh hawk, and Boruto shares what he has pieced together about Tsuzura's stifled home life, wishing the boy had a voice in his own future. Sasuke gives his read on the place called Paradise but holds back from stepping in, believing Tsuzura must reach the realisation himself.

The next day Mozu locks Tsuzura away and reveals she has found a buyer who wants Yuki stuffed and mounted. Spotting Boruto's note, the boy sneaks off and takes the hawk, and once Boruto learns the client is a taxidermist he races out with Sasuke close behind. Mozu chases them down and sends a security officer and his wolf, but Boruto shields Tsuzura while Sasuke cows the wolf. To settle it, Sasuke offers his own Thousand Mile Hawk in exchange for Yuki, and Mozu accepts, sure the boy will crawl back once the real world wears him down.

The traded hawk feigns distress, and Mozu orders it cut open to study its stomach, but Sasuke had used his Sharingan to command the bird, which recovers, escapes, and wrecks the place. Once the officer recognises Sasuke's name he tells Mozu she is far outmatched, and her caged animals scatter. Tsuzura refuses to return home and becomes Maruta's apprentice, reassured by Sasuke about what lies ahead. Sasuke then sends Boruto back to Konoha alone so the confrontation reflects only on himself, since he is leaving to hunt Kara's last member, Code. On the train, a stuck window, a helpful Iwa shinobi, and a latecomer precede a sudden course change, and Boruto wakes to find everyone confined in a bare room of bunk beds. This is the two hundred seventy-fifth episode of the Boruto anime and part of the Labyrinth Game Arc.
