A rescue in the streets sparks a quiet romance between Konohamaru and a runaway named Remon, until she reappears at her stately home and coldly declares she never wants to see him again.
Boruto walks out of a romance film, irritating Sarada and Chocho, and vents to Konohamaru, who says he has no room for romance while chasing the title of Hokage. The pair then notice a young woman fleeing pursuers. Konohamaru catches her when she misses a step on some stairs and carries her leaping between buildings, awing her with the view. She gives her name as Remon Yoimura, claiming she came to Konoha sightseeing and got lost. Grateful, she treats them to lunch at Lightning Burger, where she adores the ultra-sour Lemon Burger so much that she decides to move to the village, though Konohamaru cannot stand the tartness.
The boys offer to guard and guide Remon around town. Konohamaru buys her a hair clip, and at the Hokage Rock he explains how he was named after the village and speaks of his grandfather Hiruzen, prompting shy, blushing moments between the two that Boruto clocks. By sundown the pursuers return, but Remon reveals they belong to her household and came because she slipped away without telling anyone. She thanks them both, says hearing about Konohamaru's grandfather gave her motivation, and teases him by copying his verbal tic in farewell.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

Naruto built the transformation jutsu himself, and the Hidden Leaf has been quietly not talking about it ever since. The story behind our 90s R&B record about the Naruko question everybody dodges....
The next day Chocho concludes Konohamaru is in love as he stares at Remon's handkerchief. Boruto and Konohamaru travel to her home to return it, bringing more Lemon Burgers, but at her grand estate Remon flatly tells them she never wants to see them again, leaving both stunned while another member of her household, Kankitsu Akitsuki, watches sternly from a balcony. The episode opens the Konohamaru's Love arc of the Boruto anime.
