The long rivalry between two friends reaches its final peak at the shattered Valley of the End. Both warriors pour every last reserve of chakra into one closing exchange, trading colossal techniques and bare fists until the battered landscape gives way beneath their spent bodies.
The bond between Naruto and Sasuke arrives at its final confrontation. Sasuke channels the chakra of the sealed tailed beasts into his Susanoo, and Kurama observes how closely he mirrors Hagoromo while cautioning Naruto to stay alert. Naruto answers by spawning a wave of shadow clones, each cloaked in Tailed Beast Mode, which Sasuke dismisses as a mask for the loneliness he carries. Their duel climbs above the clouds, where lightning arrows collide with Tailed Beast Balls in enormous bursts.
When a fallen Kurama clone dissolves, it feeds natural energy back into Naruto, letting him fuse his remaining clones into a towering, many-armed avatar that shapes a giant Rasenshuriken alongside a Tailed Beast Ball Rasenshuriken. The two friends unleash everything at once, and the blast hurls them both into the ruined valley. Sasuke follows with Amaterasu, but Naruto sheathes himself in Kurama's chakra and flings the black flames aside.
Reduced to their final dregs of strength, the pair trade punches, a headbutt, and half-formed jutsu, with neither able to hold an edge. Sakura stirs awake carrying a memory of the two boys sparring back in their Academy days, and when she asks Kakashi where they have gone, he replies that the two are still at it. Kurama scrapes together a last measure of chakra, bumps fists with Naruto, and recalls the vow he made to save his friend. The closing collision of their techniques wipes out whatever remained of the valley.
The Rasengan Naruto forms in that final instant is lent shape by the hands of allies gathered across his whole life, among them Jiraiya, Minato, Kushina, his fellow Konoha genin, the assembled Kage, Iruka, Kakashi, and Sakura. A glimpse of Itachi's hand can even be caught steadying Sasuke's last Chidori.
This installment adapts the closing chapters of the manga and marks the first time in the series that an episode's title card surfaces at the very end rather than the opening. A handful of animation slips crept in as well. The Six Paths Yang Power mark briefly resurfaces on Naruto's right hand after it should have faded, Kakashi is shown wearing an ordinary Konoha forehead protector rather than the Allied Shinobi Forces band, and one shot renders Naruto without his whisker markings.

We ranked the six most popular women of Naruto from worst to first, and our number one is going to start a fight. The official poll got it wrong....

The transformation everyone knows, the follow-up question nobody would touch. Why we made a smooth R&B track about the golden glow Dragon Ball never talks about....
