A mechanical double built in Naruto's image tears through Konoha's finest, changing masters as rival programmers seize control. What begins as a lopsided rout turns when the machine's loyalties flip and it makes a final stand against an even larger threat.
Mecha-Naruto steamrolls Shikamaru and rains missiles on the fleeing group. Choji's Human Bullet Tank fails to slow it, and Kiba and Akamaru's double-headed wolf form finds their Fang Passing Fang swatted aside just as easily. With no one steadying the palanquin, the real Naruto tumbles from it. Neji steps in with his Eight Trigrams Palms Revolving Heaven, but the machine outpaces the spinning shield, punches through it, and takes both Neji and Yamato out of the fight. Kakashi's Sharingan proves no answer either.
As the mecha corners its living counterpart, Gaara arrives to pull Naruto clear, only for Deidara to bait the Kazekage into a chase. Orochimaru then drags Naruto and the machine into a snake's belly, having rewired Mecha-Naruto to serve him, until Jiraiya summons Gamabunta and breaks them free. The mecha drains most of the Nine-Tails' chakra, but a fresh reprogramming from Itachi flips its allegiance and it returns the chakra to Naruto.
To shield Naruto, Mecha-Naruto cuts Orochimaru in two, and the dying act triggers a switch that unleashes Mecha-Kurama to rampage across Konohagakure. Encasing Naruto within itself like a suit, the machine trades blows with the giant construct, but their strikes land without effect. In the end, Mecha-Naruto destroys itself to take Mecha-Kurama down with it. As the villagers cheer the victory, Gaara's Quicksand Waterfall Flow comically washes the whole celebration away.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

Naruto built the transformation jutsu himself, and the Hidden Leaf has been quietly not talking about it ever since. The story behind our 90s R&B record about the Naruko question everybody dodges....
This is an anime-original entry from the Mecha-Naruto storyline. The way the machine wraps around Naruto and operates as a wearable suit deliberately evokes Iron Man, and Mecha-Kurama's assault on the village consciously mirrors Pain's earlier invasion. The episode also labels Guy's squad as Team Three, a designation shared with the spin-off Rock Lee's Spring of Youth but never used in the manga or the databooks.
