Chemonille

Chemonille turns up in an orange business suit with a red tie, his round spectacles perched above a bulbous nose. A pointed goatee frames his jaw, and his hair juts straight upward in stiff spikes.

Friendly and easy to overlook, Chemonille comes across as harmless, yet he is perfectly willing to bend his gift toward crime. The moment his powers prove worthless against Saitama, that calm cracks and he spirals into frustration and gloom over how hopeless his situation has become.

He first connects online with Enjoe and Brut before the three meet in a park restroom, scheming to form a villain crew that robs using their strange talents. While they wait on a fourth recruit, Saitama wanders in, and on hearing he is a hero the trio attacks, only for every one of their abilities to rebound on themselves and force Saitama to bail them out. Chemonille grumbles that their powers are all useless right as Dirt Earthworm assaults the group, prompting a second rescue. Saitama then decides to toughen the three up and drags them through his brutal daily training routine.

Chemonille's own gift is animal command, and he bills himself as a Beastmaster, but his reach is feeble, extending only to small birds and minor critters that he flings at his foes.
