Brut

Short and easy to overlook, Brut has skin drained of color and hair the pale blue of frost. His outfit sticks to the cold theme, pairing a blue hoodie and matching beanie with dark trousers and brown mittens.

Cocky and underhanded, Brut has no qualms about turning his gift toward crime. He is the one who suggests jumping Saitama once he learns the bald man is a hero, a sign of the grudge he nurses and his itch to make a name for himself.

Brut can conjure ice and frost, though his grip on the power is shaky at best. His signature move, which he calls The Final Typhoon, simply sends a burst of frost pouring out of his hands. In the OVA he arranges to meet Enjoe and Chemonille, contacts he first found online, inside a park restroom, where the three scheme to become a team of criminals built around their strange talents.

They are still one member short when Saitama wanders in. Discovering that he is a hero, Brut pushes the others to attack him, but their powers backfire so badly that Saitama has to rescue them from their own recklessness, first from themselves and then from Dirt Earthworm. In the end he decides to make them stronger, dragging all three through his punishing daily training routine.
