Kreis

A thickly muscled build gives Kreis a formidable look, topped by spiky dark-brown hair combed back from his face and a pair of brown eyes. His everyday wear pairs a pale belted tunic with a short brown jacket, loose black trousers, and brown footwear, while strips of bandage wind around both his forearms and ankles. Out on the road as an adventurer he slings a sword across his body. Observers note a passing likeness between him and the elf monk Kraft.

What stands out most about Kreis is his hunger for adventure. From early on he set his sights on roaming the world and earning a place among legendary heroes, the kind of dream that once pulled him to ask a friend to set out at his side.

Long ago Kreis pressed his close friend Sein to leave their hometown and chase the adventuring life together. Sein declined, a choice he would carry afterward as a lingering regret. During his traveling years Kreis went by the name Gorilla, also styled the Gorilla Warrior, and in time he settled into work as a blacksmith. Eventually he joined the secretive ranks of the Shadow Warriors.
