Strongine Armstrong is the third daughter of the noble Armstrong family of Amestris, born after her sisters Olivier and Amue and before her brother Alex. She shares the towering, muscular build of her siblings but plays almost no part in the story, cut from the 2003 anime and appearing only as a single silent figure in the 2009 series.
Strongine has the imposing frame common to the Armstrongs, standing tall and thickly muscled. Together with her elder sister Amue she rises more than a head over the eldest sibling, Olivier, who is the second shortest of the family. She bears the inherited curled forelock and the strange sparkle of pride that shimmers around every Armstrong.
Strongine receives almost no individual characterization in the source and is defined by the traits shared across her house. Like her relatives she holds deep family honor and a loud, theatrical pride in the Armstrong name, shown through the eccentric behavior typical of the bloodline.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
Strongine is the third of Philip Gargantos Armstrong's five children, falling between her elder sister Amue and her younger brother, Alex Louis Armstrong. Her presence in the adaptations is minimal. She is left out of the 2003 anime entirely and appears in the 2009 series only as a silent, unnamed cameo in Episode 38, Conflict at Baschool, seen during one of Yoki's flashbacks. She is likewise missing from the Chuang Yi English manga, which cut the In Memoriam pages that carry the Armstrong family image.
