Type F

Beneath a gas mask in dark green, its lenses tinted red, and a matching helmet stamped with a single letter F, Type F hides a face that looks surprisingly young and handsome. Gray hair falls to his shoulders, and a shadow resembling a domino mask bands his hazel eyes, which betray no emotion at all.

Little of his original body remains. His torso has been rebuilt into an armored weapons platform stocked with rows of ammunition, his left arm mounts a Gatling gun that swaps out for a compact but devastating cannon, and twin automatic guns slide out of his right forearm. To conceal all that machinery, his military jacket is cut far larger than standard issue with extended sleeves, and he layers a long trench coat in dark green, lined in red, over the top.

Words rarely leave Type F's mouth. His one apparent purpose is to burn away the fragile calm between Ostania and Westalis, and anything in his path is simply another target. Convinced his mechanical shell makes him untouchable, he spends his duel with Yor sneering at every blow she lands. That contempt proves fatal; because he never treats her as a genuine threat, he fails to notice her quietly assembling the oil-and-lipstick trap that finally consumes him.

Prepared in advance as the regiment's hidden weapon, Type F rides aboard Enormity as the airship heads toward the Republic of Albo to set a new war in motion. When Yor crashes an old aircraft into the hull and starts dismantling the ship's defenses, Snidel sends him to eliminate her.

He corners Yor in the burning helium tank section and opens fire without a word. She pins him and demands his surrender, but he shatters her blade against his own forehead, and as his burning coat peels away to expose the machine underneath, the fight escalates. Cannon fire, a stolen fire axe, and a plunge to the ship's lowest deck all fail to hurt him; the axe merely uncovers the ammunition cylinder buried in his chest, and he mocks how little her efforts achieve.

Yor shifts tactics, working to drain his ammunition while circling him with strikes that appear meaningless. He belittles her once more, then notices the ring of lipstick marks surrounding his feet, half of the cosmetic drawn in oil. Before he can gun her down, she ignites the circle, and the flames detonate the ordnance packed inside him, destroying the cyborg in a single explosion.
