Tsutomu Tomari

Tsutomu Tomari produced several critical Dragon Ball Z theatrical films including Broly - Second Coming, Bio-Broly, Fusion Reborn, and Wrath of the Dragon. He also oversaw production of Dragon Ball: The Path to Power, bringing these feature-length anime adaptations to theaters. Beyond Dragon Ball, Tomari produced the Dr. Slump and Arale-chan film Hoyoyo!! Follow the Rescued Shark, demonstrating his role in bringing Akira Toriyama's franchises to the big screen.

As a Toei Animation producer, Tomari worked across multiple major anime properties including Digimon films and TV series, One Piece, Sailor Moon, Slam Dunk, and Yu-Gi-Oh! His producing credits demonstrate his involvement in some of the most commercially significant anime franchises of the 1990s and 2000s, solidifying his role as a consistent creative steward at one of Japan's largest animation studios.
