Jeff Muenstermann

Jeff Muenstermann voiced the North Supreme Kai in Dragon Ball Z episodes 277, providing the English voice for one of the four Supreme Kais during the Majin Buu arc. He also performed as the Game Poy Announcer in episode 252, delivering the announcer's dialogue.
