Megumi Urawa, born November 30, 1965 in Kashiwa, Chiba, is a Japanese voice actress with Aoni Production. She voiced Erasa in Dragon Ball Z and originally voiced Uub in the series.
Urawa voiced Erasa, Gohan's close friend and schoolmate during Dragon Ball Z's high school years, bringing warmth and cheerfulness to this important supporting character. She also provided the original Japanese voice for Uub, the reincarnation of Majin Buu who became Goku's student, across Dragon Ball Z's final arc. However, Urawa did not reprise the role of adult Uub in Dragon Ball GT, with the character being recast as Atsushi Kisaichi took over when Uub aged significantly in that series.
Based in Chiba and affiliated with Aoni Production, Urawa has maintained a steady voice acting career spanning from the 1980s onward. Her work across numerous anime productions established her as a reliable performer, contributing voices to both dramatic and comedic characters throughout her long career in the Japanese animation industry.
