Shinga is a rogue researcher and the antagonist at the heart of the game Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Heroes 3. A former Konoha scientist consumed by hunger for power, he forges a forbidden art and a chakra-draining demon in his pursuit of dominance.
Wild grey hair juts upward in stiff spikes above Shinga's brow, and a red jewel is set into the middle of his forehead. Dark markings streak across his face, while lengths of bandage wind around both of his arms.
Arrogance and an unquenchable thirst for power drive Shinga. So fierce is his craving for greater strength that few limits exist on what he will do to seize it.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

Naruto built the transformation jutsu himself, and the Hidden Leaf has been quietly not talking about it ever since. The story behind our 90s R&B record about the Naruko question everybody dodges....
Once a laboratory scientist in the service of the Third Hokage, Shinga worked with two subordinates to devise a formidable new art, the Jibakugan, whose control he alone understood. It reaches into a target's subconscious and drags forth their buried hatred, turning those emotions into a weapon he can steer; he claimed the technique went beyond hypnosis and left no room for resistance, though Naruto Uzumaki, who carried the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox within him, broke free of its hold. He also fashioned a chakra-devouring demon, Shinki, capable of draining the very land.
Judging the work morally corrupt, the Third Hokage banned it and sent Itachi Uchiha after its creator, yet Shinga escaped and was assumed dead in a mudslide. He resurfaced to draw the demon seed out of the Konoha Sealed Hall before merging with it, an act that left Tsukigakure engulfed by a vast tree and granted him the power to steal chakra outright, before the united efforts of Naruto and Sasuke Uchiha finally killed him.

Shinga created a forbidden art called the Jibakugan, a technique only he understood how to control. It reaches into a target's subconscious to drag forth their buried hatred, turning those emotions into a weapon he can steer.
The Third Hokage judged Shinga's Jibakugan technique morally corrupt and banned it, then sent Itachi Uchiha after its creator. Shinga escaped the pursuit and was assumed dead in a mudslide.
Shinga fashioned a chakra-devouring demon named Shinki, capable of draining the very land of its energy. He later drew the demon's seed out of the Konoha Sealed Hall and merged with it himself.
After merging with the demon seed, Shinga engulfed Tsukigakure in a vast tree and gained the power to steal chakra outright. He was finally killed by the combined efforts of Naruto Uzumaki and Sasuke Uchiha.
