Masaharu Satō is a veteran Japanese actor and voice performer represented by Aoni Production, active in anime and tokusatsu since the late 1970s, who lent his voice to characters in the One Piece anime produced by Toei Animation.
In the Japanese version of One Piece, Satō provided the voice of the bounty hunter Bingo as well as the minor character Keroshot, adding two supporting performances to the franchise's extensive voice cast. His contributions sit alongside decades of similar guest and supporting parts across other long-running anime.
Born in 1946 in Ōta, Tokyo, Satō has worked continuously in Japanese animation, tokusatsu, and narration since the late 1970s under Aoni Production.
