Keroshot

Keroshot was a small, aged man whose creased forehead sat above a tiny, mouse-like nose. A black curly mustache and a row of straight white teeth defined his face. He wore a brown jacket with a pouch at the waist, black trousers, brown boots, and brown-and-black goggles. Atop his head was a red frog cap sprouting a plant shoot, its angry-looking eyes reflecting his short temper.

Keroshot pictured himself as the mature one, branding Nami childish when she lost patience with the Wise Men. In truth he carried the same cruelty as his crew, enjoying the sight of rival pirates breaking apart. Powerful fighters like Zoro and Sanji unnerved him quickly, and being ignored by them left him seething, an outburst that revealed how badly he craved attention. He shared the crew's Kerokerokero laugh.

Keroshot's bodily prowess is largely unknown, but he served as a capable marksman and the gunner aboard his speedboat. He operated boat-mounted cannons and rockets along with a handheld machine gun shaped like a grinning cartoon face. He likely could drive as well, though he rode mainly as the shooter beside Kerodeek. Years before, he sailed the Grand Line with the Red Arrows Pirates during Roger's age, died with the crew in a storm, and was brought back by the Lily Carnation. In the race he blasted away at Zoro and Sanji while Kerodeek drove, switching from bullets to missiles as the swordsman and cook wrecked each boat. After Zoro and Sanji destroyed their final upgraded craft and snared the Wise Men, Keroshot laughed with the others at the Straw Hats' struggles. The Lily Carnation's death turned him into a plant.
