Allen the Alien

Allen stands tall and heavily built, his skin a bright orange. A single large eye dominates his squarish, strong-chinned face, its white sclera framing a slim rectangular pupil and shaded by a heavy brow, with small pointed ears to either side. Each hand carries three thick digits, one thumb and two that each do the work of two human fingers, and his feet bear three broad toes. After nearly dying in a Viltrumite ambush, his frame surged in both height and muscle, the added mass cut with visible definition.

His wardrobe has shifted with his role. He began in a white leotard under a fitted magenta jacket with a raised collar, paired with segmented gray guards at the wrists and ankles and a pouched belt. Following his growth spurt he switched to a light green shirt with white sleeves that displays the Coalition of Planets crest, and after freeing Nolan from Viltrumite custody he added custom iron gauntlets, one fitted with a wrist screen, along with matching iron footwear.

For all his devotion to the mission, Allen keeps a loose, comic streak, tossing jokes even while trading blows with Invincible in orbit. When he realized he had scanned the wrong world and Mark corrected him, he apologized without ego and quickly became an ally, later returning to warn of a Viltrumite living on Earth. He connected with Mark's story with real warmth, admitting he never knew his own father because he was grown in a breeding facility meant to save his people from extinction. He also cautioned that the Empire would inevitably come for Earth, and was baffled when Mark said his goal was simply to finish high school.

Allen was engineered to counter the Viltrumites, and although the design first failed, his body's defining gift turned that failure into strength. Each severe injury he survives imprints on him, so that he heals within minutes to days and returns markedly more powerful than before. After a near-fatal beating from three Viltrumites, this reactive growth let him overpower elite warriors such as Anissa, drawing blood from the strongest Viltrumite female with a single strike and earning the respect of even Battle Beast.

He flies at incredible speed, crossing interstellar gaps in weeks and moving freely through the vacuum of space, which he endures without protection. His durability climbed alongside his strength; where Viltrumite blows once left him battered, he later shrugged off Anissa's attacks entirely, feigning injury to slip into a Viltrumite prison. Trained to fight from birth, he is a skilled combatant who has held his own against Invincible and the Immortal, and his sheer stubbornness keeps him swinging even against impossible odds. Over a century old, he shows no decline. He also relies on gear such as a telepathic neural implant for group communication and various scanners for studying worlds and materials.
