Councilor Tuva

Tuva is a tall humanoid woman with pale green skin and long dark hair. She dresses in a trim uniform of green and black, adding green earrings and dark shoes to the look.

Not much of her character comes through, but she reads as a decent sort who takes her duties seriously, a professionalism clear in her decision to back Telia over the hapless Pikell.

She also spooks easily, crying out in alarm both times the ship's console bursts into flame.

Tuva is part of the crew that welcomes Allen, Telia, and Nolan aboard the ramshackle Venture, where the captain's boasts about comfort clash with the reality of a ship that keeps catching fire. When Pikell steers straight into an asteroid belt to reach the Infinity Ray, she shrieks as the console ignites, leaving crewmate Worg to douse the flames before the group moves on to harvest fluids from Sinlak Beetles.

After the captain's blunder on the Savage Planet nearly gets Allen and Nolan killed by Rognarrs, she joins the vote putting Telia in charge for the journey back. She is aboard again when the crew is hired to gather Invincible, Oliver Grayson, and Tech Jacket, only for a Viltrumite warship to destroy the vessel en route to headquarters. The crew survives by cutting loose the bridge, and Thaedus sends them home as the Coalition's war with the empire begins.
