Giant

Looming over entire city blocks, the Giant is a single-eyed cyclops whose jutting lower jaw shows off two oversized bottom teeth among the rest. For clothing he wears black fingerless gloves trimmed with silver bands and knuckle plates, paired with black trousers set off by a silver waistband.

Behind the enormous frame sits the mind of a young child, and in fact he literally is one. That leaves him immature, moody, and full of outsized demands. He flattens a city while insisting he be made President of America and an astronaut, and after losing a fight he dissolves into tears, sobbing that Invincible is mean to him. His temper flares fast and his emotions run right on the surface.

The Giant started out as a regular eight-year-old boy living with his parents until some unknown process warped him into a gargantuan cyclops. He first draws attention on a destructive rampage through a city, which brings the Guardians of the Globe down on him. Rex Splode mocks him for wrecking his favorite bar, and the taunting sets the Giant off into his demands for the presidency and a trip to space. Robot recognizes that the creature reasons like an eight-year-old, and the team eventually forces him down in a parking lot before the Global Defense Agency hauls him in.

He later squares off against Invincible in a sparring bout the G.D.A. arranges to gauge the hero's power. The Giant buries Invincible under a mountain and thinks he has won, only for Invincible to break loose and floor him with an uppercut. Devastated by the defeat, he cries and calls Invincible mean even as the hero helps him up and checks on him. Cecil Stedman calls a halt, praising the Giant's effort and noting his worried parents, since he is only eight. Donald Ferguson thanks the parents for their help with the training and assures them the agency is working to reverse his condition.
