Queen Lizard

Her skin is a smooth, even green over an athletic, well-defined build, and she carries herself with a rigid, upright bearing. A golden headpiece shaped like a frilled lizard frames her otherwise bare face, and her reptilian nature shows in her fanged teeth and purple, slit-pupiled eyes. Her hair, pale blonde with a greenish cast, is swept back. Her regal costume blends green and purple, with armored plating across the chest, a fitted darker midsection, and exposed legs. A long purple cape trails to her calves beneath a wide, outward-flaring collar edged green over purple, and a belt bearing a stylized lizard emblem sits at her waist above matching boots.

She is zealously committed to the League's cause, proclaiming that the world will one day burn and that its flames will warm the cold blood of her conquering followers. Toward her son, Prince Lizard, she is a devoted mother, and in battle she proves a sharp strategist. During the raid on the laboratory she kept her forces grouped together and rightly guessed the site held valuable data once the Guardians' strongest members arrived to defend it.

Little is known of her life before she founded the Lizard League, which she led as its first head while grooming her young son, Prince Lizard, to one day succeed her. She personally directed the group's elite on a raid to steal scientific data from a research facility, letting Prince Lizard set off the bomb that breached its walls but scolding him for overstepping when he ordered the team to spread out. When the Guardians of the Globe broke up the operation, her minions rescued her and she slipped away. In time her son took over as King Lizard, briefly losing the title to Supreme Lizard after his arrest before reclaiming it once Supreme Lizard died and he escaped. Her own ultimate fate is left uncertain.
