History
The Walking Dread signed on with The Order chasing limitless power and wealth. After Machine Head seized control of the group and lured Titan and former leader Mister Liu into its ranks for mutual protection, the Dread turned up at a power plant, soaking in electricity to boost himself. Tech Jacket confronted him there, and when their clash stalemated she chose to unload her suit's energy into him. He relished the surge at first, only to be swamped by it and beg the young hero to stop; she refused, and he lost the fight, ending up incarcerated. His power rests on absorbing energy, especially electricity, which he converts into greater strength, heightened durability, and discharges of powerful electrical blasts.
