Connie is a fit, broad-shouldered woman with fair skin, keen green eyes, and thick red hair kept in a short, tidy bob. In her professional life she looks composed in a formal grey suit over a pale green blouse, her chin-length hair parted slightly to one side. Once she serves the Order, she trades that for regal Amazonian armor with a deep neckline, a gold tiara, and a sweeping yellow cape that echoes the original War Woman, her muscular arms and statuesque build on full display.

Assertive and pragmatic, Connie built her identity around corporate success, prizing profit and shareholder interests with a sharp grasp of strategy and market trends. Confident in the boardroom, she frequently butted heads with idealists, above all Holly's selfless brand of heroism, and could sound dismissive or impatient whenever others strayed from what she deemed practical. Holly's death sent her down a darker road: she walked away from her corporate life and eventually joined the Order as a villain under the War Woman name, though her reasons for choosing villainy over her partner's heroic example remain unexplored.

Connie was brought on as a businesswoman for Holly's major corporation. Shortly before the Guardians fell, she delivered the upbeat news that the Haven Storm 4.0 rollout would lift their market share by at least ten percent, only for Holly to remind her the rollout was meant to be free and that she cared about a great year for the world, not for shareholders. Moments later an alert pulled Holly away; she transformed and flew off, and was notably absent from Connie's side at the later funeral. Once the original War Woman was gone, Connie claimed the title for herself, and in time she abandoned any heroic path to fall in with the Order.
