The Unopans are a one-eyed alien race whose homeworld of Unopa was crushed by the Viltrum Empire, and who clung to survival through desperate breeding camps and an eventual refuge among the Coalition of Planets on Talescria.
The Unopans are a species of aliens who once called the planet Unopa home, until that world was destroyed by the Viltrum Empire. Physically they are humanoid, marked by orange skin and cone-shaped heads that carry a single large eye and no nose at all. Each hand bears three fingers, and their feet end in two broad toes. Their name plays on the Spanish word for one, a nod to the lone eye every Unopan shares.
Before the series begins, the Unopans had reached a balance of nature and technology, living in harmony until the Viltrum Empire swept in as part of its drive to expand. The invaders conquered Unopa within days, and when the Unopans rose up in rebellion, the empire answered by destroying the planet outright. Robbed of their home, the survivors set up breeding camps to keep their species from dying out. Some escaped into the stars, and their resilience drew the notice of Thaedus, who heads the Coalition of Planets and welcomed them to Talescria to join his cause.
Given amnesty on Talescria, many Unopans rallied behind the Coalition's stand against the Viltrumites, though some were killed when Thragg's cruiser stormed and raided the planet. Their customs, as reflected in Allen's speech, run remarkably close to those of Earth, mirroring Western culture right down to the everyday turns of phrase.
Allen the Alien is the foremost Unopan and stands as the strongest of his kind in existence. Marvin is also counted among their members. As a people the Unopans are affiliated with the Coalition of Planets, and their status is listed as endangered following the loss of their homeworld, with survivors now scattered between Talescria, the settlement of Little Unopa, and a nomadic existence.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
