Bi-Plane is a lean, bald man with pale skin. His outfit is a green jumpsuit accented by lighter green panels on the arms and legs, worn with a brown harness and boots. Most striking is the bulky pack strapped to his back, a contraption that fuses a jet turbine with a set of airplane-style wings.
