Built like a blue-skinned sumo wrestler, Three-Eyes dwarfs an ordinary person in size. White paint covers his face, and a gem is set into the center of his forehead. Every appearance so far has him in the plain uniform issued to prisoners.
Personality
Little of his temperament has been shown on screen. What defines him is his stint in the same cell as Cecil, whom he came to serve, addressing the man as boss. His sheer bulk gives him superhuman strength, enough to lift or press several tons.
History
His origins are mostly a blank, beyond a turn to crime that ended with his capture and imprisonment by the Global Defense Agency. After Cecil was jailed for killing Knuckle Buster and Force Fist, the two shared a cell, and Cecil won him over, so that Three-Eyes was already calling him boss before Radcliffe raised Cecil to Director of the GDA. He surfaces again during Mister Liu's raid on Payton Penitentiary, glimpsed inside the prison as the attack unfolds.
