Mr. President

Mr. President belongs to a small turtle named Coco Jumbo and appears in Part 5, where it works as a safe haven for the protagonists. Because it lends its power to an animal rather than manifesting a fighter, it has no ordinary form of its own. It is instead tied to a hidden space entered through a decorated key set inside a clear precious stone. Later in the story the Stand and its host pass into the care of Jean Pierre Polnareff.

Slotting the special key into a hollow on Coco Jumbo's shell opens access to a room contained within the turtle. Drawing near the key's grip lets a person sink inside and arrive in a plain chamber, while lifting the arm sends the occupant back out, and pulling the key free ejects anyone within by force. The room resembles a hotel suite, furnished with comfortable seating, a working television, and a refrigerator stocked with sodas, juices, and water, though it notably lacks a bathroom.

The clear jewel on the key lets people look through the ceiling from either side, with those outside appearing gigantic to anyone within and those inside seeming tiny to the outside world. Objects in the room can be smashed, since they are not truly part of the Stand, yet whether the room itself can be destroyed stays unknown. Shifting or tilting the turtle does not disturb the interior. The space offers no shield against other Stand powers, so effects like accelerated aging or invading mold can still reach those sheltered inside.

Coco Jumbo, the turtle carried by Team Bucciarati, is the original bearer, and the Stand later transfers to Jean Pierre Polnareff during the group's final ordeal. A copy of Coco Jumbo also holds a version of it. The room shielded the team repeatedly as they crossed the country pursuing their mission.
