Ratt is a mechanical Stand from Diamond is Unbreakable, unusually shared between two separate rats. Resembling a small cannon, it fires corrosive darts that melt flesh and metal alike, making its tiny, nimble users a deadly threat.
Ratt looks like a machine shaped like a shield, a camera lens set in its center and two legs bracing a cannon mounted on its back, with a jaw of many sharp fangs; the cannon swivels toward its target when readying a shot. Josuke remarks how strangely mechanical it is for a rat's Stand, noting even a smell of oil about it. Strangest of all, two different rats shot on separate occasions turn out to wield the very same Stand.
What makes Ratt so lethal is the pairing of its firepower with its range and the minute size of its handlers. A single hit is enough to finish a foe, while a human-sized opponent struggles even to locate and land a blow on a darting rat. Its cannon launches barbed darts that dissolve whatever they strike, whether flesh or metal.
The darts can reach up to sixty meters, be fired in rapid bursts, and even ricochet off surfaces to strike from a blind angle. On impact, a large portion of the victim's body melts into organic matter almost impossible to reverse, mendable only by Crazy Diamond. If several melted victims are pressed together the liquefied flesh fuses, taking a gelatinous form that can be molded into shapes such as a cube, and in some cases the victims stay alive, apparently because the head remains intact.
Ratt is a shared Stand wielded by two rats, referred to as Bug-Eaten and Not Bug-Eaten, over the course of Diamond is Unbreakable. Josuke Higashikata is the one who ultimately hunts them down.
