Appearance
A round white mask sits over Axer's face and leaves little of it to go on. He is heavily built, dark-skinned, and wears his dark hair long. Gold recurs across the rest of him: bracelets at both wrists, a T-shaped pendant hanging at his throat, and the buckle on the brown belt holding up his black trousers.
Personality
No characterization has been established for Axer. The lone sequence he features in shows method rather than temperament, an attempt to drop onto a target from above unnoticed, and says nothing about who he is otherwise.

Jumping from the cliff behind the trio, he tries to take Kyoka by surprise from overhead, but the trainee reads it and dodges, and Momo puts him down with a kick. Once the authorities reach the facility, he is arrested alongside the bulk of the other attackers.
