Bulky and rounded, the gunner has pink flesh dotted with rings of blue. Two eyes sit on his face, and three tentacles sprout from the top of his head, each one capped with an eye of its own.
Personality
The gunner is a coward at heart. The first time the vessel takes a hit he is already looking to flee, and when Tatsumaki hurls the wreckage of A-City at the ship he breaks down wailing. Once the power core gives out, he loses all composure and cries out for his mother.
History
The gunner opens fire on A-City, leveling it with the ship's main weapon, and keeps his station at the guns throughout the assault. When Geryuganshoop tells him to ready the cannons against the S-Class hero battling Melzargard, he complies, then looses a volley on his own initiative despite receiving no order to shoot. Tatsumaki simply redirects the rounds back at the ship, leaving him rattled. He weeps at the news that Groribas has fallen, and after the power core breaks he abandons all hope, calling for his mama.
Beyond crewing the vessel's weaponry, he shows no real combat talent of his own. In the manga and webcomic he never turns up among the prisoners rounded up by Superalloy Darkshine once the ship goes down, implying he perished in the crash, while the anime shows him captured only to be swiftly put to death by Sweet Mask.
