Saitama and Genos push deep into the House of Evolution and confront its strongest creation, Carnage Kabuto, whose animal instincts flare with terror the moment he senses just how dangerous the bald hero truly is.
Making their way into the House of Evolution's stronghold, Saitama and Genos arrive in a sprawling corridor where Genos picks up on a swarm of life signatures, two of which are closing in fast. Carnage Kabuto emerges hauling Dr. Genus, and after the doctor points out which of the intruders is Saitama, he is tossed aside. The beast then slams Genos deep into the wall and strolls past to plant himself behind Saitama. He proposes relocating to a spacious chamber for their bout, and Saitama accepts on the condition that Genos gets left looking like a piece of modern art.
Just as the duel is set to begin, a wave of flame from a recovered Genos crashes over Carnage Kabuto. Genos charges in with a flurry of blows that barely register before a single counterpunch flings him across the room into Saitama's arms. Saitama urges him to stand down, but Genos fires again, only for Carnage Kabuto to inhale and blast the attack right back, leaving Genos's hair puffed into an Afro. Stepping in himself while Dr. Genus observes, Saitama unsettles his opponent, who darts behind him at incredible speed to strike. Feeling Saitama's aura, Carnage Kabuto recoils in dread, certain that following through would have gotten him killed. Shaken, he demands to know the secret of such power, and Saitama agrees to explain, telling Genos to pay attention too.
