Summary

To spread chaos and stain Pegasus's good name, Fish Eye unleashes a counterfeit version of the winged creature across the city. Certain that Sailors Mercury, Mars, Jupiter, and Venus pose no real threat, he brushes them aside. Their unwavering trust in Pegasus is repaid when he grants them new transformation tools and stronger elemental attacks, raising them into their Super Sailor forms.
