Summary

Akira makes her intent plain: she has come to kill Uzuki. Kashima rounds on Kanaguri, insisting they never should have relied on an Order member, while Kanaguri shushes him because he is busy recording. Uzuki greets Akira warmly as Rion's cherished niece and urges her to strike fast, before he grows less human. She answers that she wants him dead while he still is.

Sakamoto reaches the basement, and his allies hold Kashima back from charging in. As Kanaguri grumbles that filming a fat man bores him, Akira sinks a blade into Uzuki's stomach. Uzuki calls the strike a touch too slow, since the wound gives him the ideal chance to transform.

He begins to speak with Rion's voice, rattling Akira, and Sakamoto warns her not to fall for it while demanding to know who Uzuki really is. Uzuki laughs, ridicules Sakamoto's attempt to look cool, and mocks his weight. When Kanaguri protests that his revenge tale is being spoiled, Uzuki hurls him down and silences him. Sakamoto grasps that Rion's personality now lives inside Uzuki.
