Modo Modo no Mi

This non-canon Paramecia power produces a pink energy that ages anything or anyone backward by precisely twelve years, making its holder a Return Return Human. Ain consumed it. The name stems from the Japanese verb for returning. English releases vary, with Funimation calling it the Return-Return Fruit and Treasure Cruise naming it the Back-Back Fruit. It featured in One Piece Film: Z and the related anime arc.

The fruit rolls back the age of whatever Ain touches by a fixed twelve years, which can weaken or disable a foe and also enable inventive attacks. Reverting igneous rock to its molten state erupts lava to injure an enemy, then restoring the cooled ground entombs a foe wedged into it. Touching a person enough times can rewind them past birth and wipe them from existence, an effective kill. She need not always make contact, since she can charge and throw pink energy spheres, and she can shave twelve years off her own age and back again without passing out. Two notable limits apply: the effect lapses if she is knocked unconscious, restoring her victims, and because the value is locked at twelve years, she cannot pick an arbitrary number and must land repeated hits to reach a desired age with nothing in between.

Ain is the only user, forming a pink energy ball in her hand that spreads through a target on contact to reverse their age. In volcanic terrain she reverts rock to attack, and she trapped Shuzo by hardening the earth he was lodged in. Her move Modo Modo returns a foe to their state twelve years prior, an effect undone when she was beaten by Zoro, which restored Nami, Chopper, Robin, and Brook. Modo Modo Shot fires an energy ball that rewinds whatever it strikes. The fruit parallels Jewelry Bonney's Toshi Toshi no Mi in dealing with age, differs in its rigid twelve-year limit, and shares its unconscious-cancellation flaw with the canon Hobi Hobi no Mi.
