Brain Storm is Urban Guerrilla's Stand in JoJolion, a swarm of jagged, puzzle-like creatures. Launched from its user's hands, the colony burrows into skin and dissolves flesh from within, making it a biological weapon in Stand form.
Brain Storm is not one being but a colony of small, spiky, block-shaped organisms that resemble interlocking burr puzzles. Each carries barbed feelers able to stretch out and pierce skin. In colored pages the swarm appears in shades of violet and dark purple. Its makeup as a tiny colony wielded by a doctor evokes germ-based bioweapons, while its melting effect and the hemolysis it induces call to mind flesh-eating infections and malaria.
Urban Guerrilla casts the colony from his hands, and any flesh it lands on begins to rot. The creatures first hook their feelers into the surface of the skin, then punch through and drive those feelers deep inside. Once within, the Stand triggers hemolysis, pushing ever further into the body while multiplying at a runaway pace, so the victim seems to have holes bored straight through them.
As Rai Mamezuku notes, there is no pulling the colony out once it has breached the body; the only recourse is immediate amputation of the affected part to avoid death. Before it enters, though, the threat is trivial, and a simple rinse of water washes the creatures away.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
Brain Storm is the sole Stand of Urban Guerrilla, a Rock Human who operates as a doctor in JoJolion.

Yes. Before Brain Storm's creatures breach the skin, the threat is trivial, and a simple rinse of water washes the colony away.
